Hello everyone! Today, I’d like to introduce a ramen shop you must try when you visit Fukuoka Prefecture.
When it comes to famous ramen in Fukuoka, “tonkotsu ramen” is the first thing that comes to mind. However, some shops have a strong pork bone smell that not everyone may enjoy.
For those who aren’t fond of tonkotsu ramen, there’s a place that serves a milder version that you’ll absolutely love — it’s called “Buta Soba Tsukiya”.
Their broth is a chintan-style clear soup, simmered over low heat for a long time to avoid becoming a thick, cloudy broth. It’s the perfect bowl to finish off your night after a few drinks.
※Business hours are from 7 PM to 2 AM, staying open until late.
With so much delicious food in Fukuoka, some people may think they won’t have room for ramen — but trust me, this one is so light and delicious that you’ll somehow find space for it. 😄
It’s a crowd-pleaser that anyone can enjoy, so be sure to give it a try!
